So these are the items I have bought over and over and over and over (you get the point) again...
1. GARNIER Micellar Cleansing Water
[ BUY HERE ]
I have been using this for well over a year. I have previously used BIODERMA and VICHY micellar cleansing waters but have found this GARNIER one does the same job and is exceedingly cheaper than them both!
How I use: Slightly soak a cotton pad with the water. Place over your closed eye and hold for about 10 seconds and wipe. Voila! You can see the whole shape of your eye and your eyelashes imprinted on the cotton pad. LOVE micellar cleaning waters! Just wipe across your face with the cotton wool and your makeup has been removed and your skin toned.
2. SOAP & GLORY Face Soap and Clarity 3 in 1 Vitamin C Facial Wash
[ BUY HERE ]
I've also been using this for years. I use it in the shower after the Peaches and Clean (3.) to make sure my skin is fully cleansed of makeup. It makes your skin feel so fresh and juicy afterwards!
How I use: Squirt a pea sized amount, activate the product with a hint of water and rub in your hands. Rub all over your face and rinse off with water.
3. SOAP & GLORY Peaches and Clean 3 in 1 Deep Purifying Cleanser
[ BUY HERE ]
Again, years I've been using this. It's a sort of milky cleanser which is soft to my skin and doesn't make it feel all tight and horrible. Skin feels nourished after using this. BE GONE MAKEUP.
How I use: Pump 1-2 blobs and rub all over face. Rinse and you're good to go.
4. YES TO Grapefruit Daily Facial Scrub for Uneven Skintone
[ BUY HERE ]
I love this product! I have problems with my nose and I can't smell much.. but this smells BOMB. So juicy and grapefruity, so zingy and fresh! It's an exfoliator but in a gel base so it isn't as harsh to the skin and the exfoliating granules are very small meaning you don't get all that redness with other exfoliators.
How I use: After threading or plucking my face to make sure I don't get too many spots afterwards. Squirt a blob on your hand, rub into your face lightly, focusing on areas where you're prone to spots and uneven skin tone. Rinse off.
5. THE BODY SHOP Nutriganics Drops of Youth Serum
[ BUY HERE ]
I have been using this for well over two years and have accumulated probably more than 15 of these bottles! I use this at night time as the first step to my skincare. The serum is a nice not-too-thick-not-too-runny consistency and absorbs amazingly into the skin. My skin looks nice hydrated afterwards. Such an amazing base for anything!
How I use: It's a funky pipette sort of bottle so I use about 2-3 squirts and circle it all over my face, patting it on to make sure it absorbs nicely (as well as getting your facial circulation going).
6. LA-ROCHE POSAY Effaclar Duo
[ BUY HERE ]
I've tried La-Roche Posay's Effaclar K and A.I but to be honest I haven't found much difference in them except the packaging. I'm forever standing in Boots spending ages reading the boxes of these products to see which one to buy!
So if you haven't seen or heard about this product, many people use it if they're struggling with oil imbalances of the skin and are prone to spots and acne. I realised that when I stopped using this product, my spots just kept sprouting out again! I use this as my sort of makeup base and as a moisturiser, though I doubt it's meant to BE a moisturiser. It helps to minimise and control your sebum to lessen the chances of the dreaded: more spots.
How I use: Apply as a makeup base, with or without moisturiser. A pea sized blob works nicely to cover the whole face.
7. INDEED LABS Hydraluron Serum
[ BUY HERE ]
This is my second tube now and I love it! I use it before using Effaclar Duo and the serum absorbs into the skin quickly, leaving my skin refreshed and ready for makeup application. If you read the booklet about it, it talks about an ingredient (forgot the name) that absorbs 7x (or something) more water for your skin when using this serum (well... along the lines).
How I use: A little goes a long way with this product so be careful! Plus, it's quite pricey for a small bottle so use sparingly. Apply over your face like any cream or serum and pat it in to absorb.
8. NEUTROGENA Visibly Clear Rapid Clear Treatment
[ BUY HERE ]
To be honest I'm not sure this even works but I keep buying this over and over in the hopes that it actually does clear out my spots. It gives you that good stinging feeling when you apply it, which makes you psychologically believe it is attacking your spots and it will be gone within 4 hours... I'm not quite sure this is the case as I'm always breaking out here and there.
How I use: At night time on areas prone to spots before that time of the month, or on your actual spots. BEWARE! Do NOT use it under your makeup.. it makes your makeup crack and you can see exactly where you've applied it!
9. SOAP & GLORY The Righteous Butter
[ BUY HERE ]
Huge S&G fan if you can't tell already.. ever since trying Hand Food back in like 2008 or something. This body butter is very rich and soaks into your skin well. I use this before I go bed on those days I'm feeling extra dry like an elephant in the desert. It has a quite strong sweet smell that is signature to S&G, which may be quite overpowering in the day time!
How I use: ALL OVER THE BODY.
10. SOAP & GLORY Beauty Sleep Accelerator
[ BUY HERE ]
So on the box it says it's great for flights etc when your skin is lacking moisture. I use this at night as I do actually look like a rat after my shower. It makes my skin feel plump when I wake up in the morning. Super nourishing and moisturing. It's not made me any more beautiful, though. Disappointing S&G.
How I use: After using the Drops of Youth Serum. All over face and neck before I tuck into my sheets.
11. VASELINE
[ BUY HERE ]
Self explanatory.
How I use: On brows, eyelashes and smother it on my lips before bed time. Wake up like an oily pig!
12. NIVEA Soothe and Protect Lip Balm SPF 15
[ BUY HERE ]
This lip balm doesn't give you all that grease and just sinks into your lips nicely! Great for pre-lipstick application!
How I use: Day time when your lips need a bit of suttin suttin.

( Hope this wasn't toooooooo boring )
