QUICK SIMPLE CHICKEN FOR UNI MEALS

4 February 2015 • No comments

Apologies to my very few readers with the lack of blogging! It's placement time again which means I either have no time or I just am too tired to post! I'm working on a little Youtube video though... I'm a beginner at it so it's going to take me a long time to even get it 0.3% as good as all Youtubers out there!

Anyways, defrost your chicken and lets get started!
I always make my chicken like this as it doesn't come out dry, there's hardly hardcore frying involved and it looks(!!) healthy! Only you nutritionists can tell me otherwise- you know who you are!

1. Defrost your chicken.
2. Twist twist twist that pepper on your chicken- or press a button on your electric pepper thing if you fancy.
3. Add literally a few drops of oil on the chicken [OPTIONAL] to stop it from becoming overly dry if you're the type to not check the oven.
4. Stick in the oven, 180', 25-30 mins.
5. Cut into slices.
6. SMOTHER PERI PERI SAUCE.

I usually serve the chicken on boiled rice, salad or add it to sandwiches/ baguettes etc and make perinaise mixing mayonnaise and peri peri! (Use lighter than light Hellman's mayo to avoid all the calories).

Stick the rice in the cooker for quick cook, stick the chicken in the oven, boil some broccoli and job complete. Take a shower whilst it cooks and there you have it. Simple, healthy and quick uni meal!
